The Back of the Cover says Bhatiyar has both Shuddh and tivra Ma, is this correct? There is also handwriting quoting bageshree as the raga for both tracks. Recordings are great by the way
The cassette was provided by Ambrose Bierce. He copied all his Indian cassettes to European 60 or 90 minutes cassettes and filled them often with material from other sources, mostly by the same artist. I posted here only the material of the original cassette.
Tawfiq Sahab, Thanks a lot for sharing these treasures with us. It is difficult to find Panditji's recordings in Kolkata. Would request you to kindly share the Rageshri track as mentioned in the cassette cover (hand-written), if possible. Also, please upload if you have any other Panditji's work in your collection. Regards, mndind
